2013 Positional Rookie Rankings

By: Nicholas Kaminski

Just a few years ago, it was almost always a mistake to draft rookie in fantasy football as they usually took a year or two to be given their opportunities and be able to shine. In today’s NFL, however, rookies are having an impact much earlier than they used to, as witnessed by four rookies finishing in the top 10 overall fantasy scorers at their positions (Robert Griffin III, Andrew Luck, Doug Martin and Alfred Morris) and leading many fantasy teams to a championship.

This year, with a much weaker draft class, I wouldn’t go into the season expecting anyone to rank in the top 10 again, but that doesn’t mean that they won’t be helpful to your fantasy teams.

With that said, here are my positional rankings for the 2013 rookie class.
